(गाजर)Carrot - 800 Grams (Grated)
(दूध)Milk - 800 Ml
(शक्कर)Sugar - 1 Cup
(घी)Ghee - 5-6 Tbsp
(इलायची)Cardamon - 4-5 (Crushed)
Few Dry fruits
Steps to make gajarpak
Step 1 :Take a pan ,on the flame and add ghee
Step 2 :when ghee gets little hot add gratef carrots to it and stir it in medium flame for 3 minutes
Step 3 :Now,add milk to it and stir it.
Step 4 :When milk is absorbed a bit add sugar to it and cook untill it leaves the pan.
Step 5: When it leaves the pan add cardomom and garnish with chopped dryfruits.
