Ingredients Maida Ghee Namak Ajwain or jeera Step 1 Mix maida,namak,ghee,jeera or ajwain and water as per required and make a soft dough. Step 2 Make small balls and roll like chapati.Cut into desired shape. Step 3 Boil oil and deep fry it Note 1.Add ghee until you can hold mixture in your hands..(मुट्ठी बंद जितना ) 2 While cutting in shapes you can normally cut in rectangle,square ,half circle,full circle .Its all upto you how creative you are. 3.while frying when oil is boil then only put namak para and fry it in low or medium flame.
Ingredients:- (गाजर)Carrot - 800 Grams (Grated) (दूध)Milk - 800 Ml (शक्कर)Sugar - 1 Cup (घी)Ghee - 5-6 Tbsp (इलायची)Cardamon - 4-5 (Crushed) Few Dry fruits Steps to make gajarpak Step 1 :Take a pan ,on the flame and add ghee Step 2 :when ghee gets little hot add gratef carrots to it and stir it in medium flame for 3 minutes Step 3 :Now,add milk to it and stir it. Step 4 :When milk is absorbed a bit add sugar to it and cook untill it leaves the pan. Step 5: When it leaves the pan add cardomom and garnish with chopped dryfruits.
