Namakpara

Namakpara is namkeen snack also called as sakha so lets try to make it. Ingredients Maida Ghee Namak Ajwain or jeera Step 1 Mix maida,namak,ghee,jeera or ajwain and water as per required and make a soft dough. Step 2 Make small balls and roll like chapati.Cut into desired shape. Step 3 Boil oil and deep fry it Note 1.Add ghee until you can hold mixture in your hands..(मुट्ठी बंद जितना )  2 While cutting in shapes you can normally cut in rectangle,square ,half circle,full circle .Its all upto you how creative you are. 3.while frying when oil is boil then only put namak para and fry it in low or medium flame.
